It’s not too late to make your own gingerbread house for the holidays. This recipe from New York Times Cooking is an easy one to follow and comes with a template you can use to construct the house. This will let you make a small house or, if you double the recipe, an even larger one, though a larger recipe will mean making two batches as only one batch will fir in the bowl of your standing mixer at a time.
