Gingerbread House Recipe – NYT Cooking

It’s not too late to make your own gingerbread house for the holidays. This recipe from New York Times Cooking is an easy one to follow and comes with a template you can use to construct the house. This will let you make a small house or, if you double the recipe, an even larger one, though a larger recipe will mean making two batches as only one batch will fir in the bowl of your standing mixer at a time. Then just add the candy decorations and icing you want and you can have a great house. Check it out!
